Strengths– Visionary, practical, productive, strong-willed, independent, decisive, leader
This particular writer probably has grand ideas, plots with a super detailed outline, and checks off bullet points as they go. They don't necessarily need a writing community, but chances are, they're leading one/being awesome mentors/starting and judging contests. You're likely to see them focused on one idea and, even if their muses attempt to distract them, will not be prone to stray until they are done with their current project.
Weaknesses– Cold, domineering, unemotional self-sufficient, unforgiving, sarcastic, cruel
On the other hand, these writers aren't always particularly empathetic. They will not sugar coat their critique of your writing when they CP for you nor will they try to soften their blows. Chances are, they don't understand some people's need for the compliment sandwich and consider their harsh feedback the best thing for you as a writer. Their way of writing is the only way to write and anyone who strays from the formula is making an epic mistake and will never get published.
IF however, you can get past some of this prickliness, this writer is also invaluable. They won't blow proverbial smoke up your skirt and they will help you become a better writer (and prepare you for the negative reviews and internet trolls that are sure to come.)
